Welcome to the Historic Inns of Kennebunkport, Maine
Our Kennebunkport is Your Kennebunkport

If you choose to stop in Kennebunkport, we encourage you to stay a few nights in our unique seaside destination.

The Historic Inns of Kennebunkport is a lodging association of six unique, upscale bed and breakfast inns located in Kennebunkport, one of Maine's premier travel destinations.  Each historic inn offers fine accommodations, luxurious amenities, full breakfast, and warm hospitality.  At each property, guests can leave their cars behind and walk to the center of Kennebunkport, shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Each individually owned, these properties are recognized as being among the top accommodations in Kennebunkport.  The innkeepers of each inn personally host their guests and strive to provide the highest level of customized service.

"Our Kennebunkport is your Kennebunkport."  Each of the innkeepers of the Historic Inns of Kennebunkport has chosen to reside in this coastal village, with stunning natural beauty and rich in history, for many of the same reasons so many choose to travel here.  We dine at the same restaurants where we make reservations for our guests.  We stroll the same beaches, enjoy the same nature reserves, frequent the same galleries and museums.  We appreciate the opportunity to live in a historic home and value the tranquility of our locations.  We leave our cars behind and walk to the center of town.  We look forward to sharing with you all that we enjoy in Kennebunkport, from the most famous landmarks to the most out-of-the-way treasures.

Kennebunkport is ideally located just 1 1/2 hours North of Boston and is easily accessible from most points in New England and New York City.  With much to see and do within walking distance, a bike ride, or a short drive, Kennebunkport also serves as the perfect base for day trips.  Explore up the coast to Portland, Freeport, Bath, Brunswick and Camden, inland to the lakes region, or down to Cape Ann and the North Shore of Boston.  If you choose to stop in Kennebunkport on your way to Bar Harbor, New Hampshire or Vermont, we encourage you to consider staying a few nights; once here, many guests wish they had planned a bit more time in our seaside destination.
